Family Plan Eligibility

All members must live at the same address
Maximum of two (2) members over the age of thirty (30)
Maximum of six (6) members total

Acorn Biolabs may ask for re-verification of your home address in order to confirm that you are still meeting the eligibility criteria.

Acorn Biolabs reserves the right to terminate your family storage plan if you fail to meet the eligibility requirements. You will be notified and will have 90 days to activate a valid plan before your cells will destroyed.
